My back itches, for the obvious post-sunburn reason. Aargh.

Anyhow:

Glad:
• proud that one of my pregnant clients has successfully avoided chronic headaches and gestational sciatica since she started coming to see me, and is due next week
• reconnected a bit with a former friend, and it’s going okay
• had our online coven’s Beltane this morning, and it flowed together really well

Sad:
• avoiding thinking about the sads today, gonna save those up for a couple days, I think

Mad:
• I can’t do several motions common to massage without the skin pulling across my shoulders in a way that makes it itch. Trying not to be down on myself for a simple mistake, even if it did cause the current itching
• the gDocs Strikethrough that is apparently going on now. Fuck!

Afraid:
• brother-in-law with treatment resistant depression is not doing so good. Ghost is worried, and as such so am I, since he knows his brother better than I do

Amazed:
• Mom and step-dad made it out to NC and are settling into the new house in Winston-Salem and nobody got killed, divorced, or even yelled at. That was looking like it might be a thing, as high as tempers were running last month. I’m proud of them both
• three days spent in SPF 50 this last couple weeks, and I’m still getting tan on the places I didn’t burn
